Would you like to review our reservation policies before booking your stay with us?

Here you will find an excerpt from our general terms and conditions of sale and house rules (the full document is available at the bottom of the page) containing all the necessary information regarding our reservation policies, your arrival, your departure, your security deposit, payment for your stay, and everything else you need to know for your reservation.

Arrivals

Marina Plage Campground reminds you that it is essential to pay in full for your entire stay no later than one month before your arrival.
Check-in is handled by the front desk between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Outside of these hours, a concierge will be on hand to welcome new arrivals.

Departures

Check-out is by appointment between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Simply contact the front desk to schedule a time that works best for you, subject to availability.

Payments and Deposits

Full payment for the stay must be made no later than 30 days before arrival. The reservation is confirmed once the deposit is paid and the reservation confirmation is sent. Regarding
the security deposit: Marina Plage
Campground uses the SWIKLY platform. Thanks to this system, the hassles associated with checks, cash, bank transfers, or card imprints on a payment terminal are eliminated.
A pre-authorization of one euro is processed to verify the validity of your credit card; the security deposit amount will only be charged in the event of damage to the rental unit during your stay.

First Stay Guarantee

This is your first time visiting Marina Plage, and you were unable to make a reservation in person or send someone you trust to check that the campground meets your expectations.
You are covered by the “First Stay” guarantee. Upon arrival or within 24 hours thereafter, if you are not satisfied with the facility or your rental and do not wish to stay, you will receive a full refund for your stay. You will not need to provide any proof.

Cancellation

For short stays without the FLEX option: stays cannot be canceled. Deposits are neither refunded nor held for a future stay. Medical or other certificates do not entitle you to a refund.

For short stays with the FLEX option: stays can be canceled and are refundable, subject to certain conditions. If the guest cancels the stay more than 24 hours before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full, excluding the FLEX option and the booking fee.
If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded but will be credited toward a future stay.

Cancellation Insurance

To receive additional reimbursement in the event of a cancellation or early departure, we recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance through our partner, Campez Couvert.

Date Discrepancy

Available upon written request and subject to certain conditions, to be confirmed in writing and subject to availability. Please note that some promotional offers do not allow for date changes.

Insurance and Long-Term Stay Insurance

Mandatory civil liability insurance.

Notice of Departure for stays
longer than one month

One week's notice required year-round for individual customers.

Pets not allowed

For safety reasons, and given the large number of exotic animals on the premises—some of which carry children around the campground—guests are not permitted to bring any animals into the entire park (even if they are on a leash).

Terminology

The term “season” refers to the period of the long summer school vacation, and “off-season” refers to the rest of the year.
