Arrivals<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Marina Plage Campground reminds you that it is essential to pay in full for your entire stay no<\/strong> later than one month before your arrival.
Check-in is handled by the front desk between 4:00 <\/strong>p.m. and 7:00 p.m. <\/strong>Outside of these hours, a concierge will be on hand to welcome new arrivals.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Check-out is by appointment between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Simply<\/strong> contact the front desk to schedule a time that works best for you, subject to availability.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Payments and Deposits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Full payment for the stay must be made no later <\/strong>than 30 days before arrival. The <\/strong>reservation is confirmed once <\/strong>the deposit is paid and the reservation confirmation is sent. Regarding
the security deposit<\/strong>: Marina Plage
Campground uses the SWIKLY platform. Thanks to this system, the hassles associated with checks, cash, bank transfers, or card imprints on a payment terminal are eliminated.
A pre-authorization of one euro is processed to verify the validity of your credit card; the security deposit amount will only be charged in the event of damage to the rental unit during your stay.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

First Stay <\/mark>Guarantee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This is your first time <\/strong>visiting Marina Plage, and you were unable to make a reservation in person or send someone you trust to check that the campground meets your expectations.
You are covered by the \u201cFirst Stay\u201d guarantee<\/strong>. Upon arrival or within 24 hours <\/strong>thereafter, if you are not satisfied with the facility or your rental and do not wish to stay, you will receive a full refund for your stay. You will not need to provide any proof<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For short stays without the<\/strong> FLEX option<\/strong>: stays cannot be canceled. Deposits are neither refunded nor held for a future stay. Medical or other certificates do not entitle you to a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For short stays with the FLEX option<\/strong>: stays can be canceled and are refundable, subject to certain conditions. If the guest cancels the stay more than 24 hours before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full, excluding the FLEX option and the booking fee.
If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded but will be credited toward a future stay.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
